Why work for LWLAT

A career without limits… Be visible and really make a difference as part of our outstanding team.

You will grow professionally and personally because of the excellent professional development you will receive and the opportunities for rapid promotion, at whatever point you are at in your career.

Our Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) programme and our induction programme for new staff, are particularly strong. You will thrive in an environment that is child-centred, supportive and well-resourced. ‘Learning without Limits Academy Trust’ is a new trust led by Babington Academy, an outstanding secondary school in Leicester. We have high ambitions to transform the education landscape in Leicester and beyond and our mission statement, ‘I grow, I thrive, I am visible’, encapsulates this and applies to the 3,000 children for whom we are currently collectively responsible and to all staff working within the trust.

We aim to grow the trust each year and to do that we need excellent practitioners to join the team. If you are ambitious, want to make a difference and are interested in contributing to our outstanding team, then look out for our current vacancies on our website.
