As Learning Without Limits Academy Trust enters its next stage of development, we are strengthening our team across our schools and central services. Our Trust offers a wide range of pathways, from classroom support and teaching to administration, site management, pastoral work, and specialist services. Help shape the future of our schools
We are looking for people who care about education and their community to join the Local Governing Bodies across our five academies.
If you believe every learner should have the chance to thrive, this is a meaningful way to make a difference.
What Governors do
Local Governing Bodies work with the Trust Board to support the long-term success of each academy.
As a governor, you will:

Help guide the strategic direction of learning, standards, safety and wellbeing

Provide thoughtful support and challenge to the Principal

Bring local insight so the Trust understands the needs of each community
-
Listen to and reflect the views of learners, staff, parents and families
What the role involves
Governors play an active part in school life.
You will:

Attend four meetings each year
-
Visit the school occasionally during the day to understand its work
-
Join regular training sessions, provided free of charge
This is a voluntary role.
