- available for Principals and Senior Leadership Teams.
- a safe space to process work life
- work with a professional supervisor to develop coping strategies
- receive 6 confidential & free 1-1 sessions via Zoom or telephone
Schools Advisory Service
To support the wellbeing of all our staff, the Trust provides the following wellbeing services through the Schools Advisory Service.

Emotional support and guidance for navigating bereavement of a loved one.

Cancer & Chronic Illness Support
Support for staff if they or their family are affected by a diagnosis of a chronic, long term condition.

Counselling Sessions
Confidential and individual therapy sessions including an initial assessment. To access counselling, please submit a request or call 01773 814 402 Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm.
GP Service
Appointments for medical support and advice with active NHS GPs.
To access the GP Service, please call 01773447522. You will need to have your school postcode to hand.
Manspace
Support service for men's mental and physical health related queries offering health advice and referrals to further support services for managing and treating conditions. This support can be accessed by those seeking personal advice and those who would like advice for supporting a loved one with a mental or physical health condition.

Menopause Support

Physiotherapy

EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) – Legal and General

Care Concierge – Legal and General
- Guidance from professionals who know the care system, meaning that the right options are found more easily.
- Helps to reduce the emotional burden on employees and their immediate family.
- Helps to reduce the time span between needing care and accessing care.
- Information and guidance on how to find the best care for the employee or a loved one.
- Understand the funding options that may be available to help cover the cost of care.
- Employees can access the Care Concierge service by calling Freephone 08000 608823 (Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm).
Headspace
Working on the basis of mediation and mindfulness, to promote resiliency, confidence and mental health, the Headspace website and Headspace App are free to those working in education. They offer resources and techniques useful both inside and outside the classroom. There are techniques and resources to support with sleep, stress and managing anxiety.
